Poultry sheds for eggs production

This shed for poultry farm has been designed by our engineers. It is made of lightweight steel structure. It is very easy to assemble with a low construction cost. The roof can be made of corrugated steel sheet or sandwich panel featuring good insulation performance. The wall is built with steel mesh or sandwich panel. Both the wall and the roof have contributed to ensure an excelent insulation performance therefore the shed is very resistant to wind, impact and climate change. An automatic curtain machine is also applied to the poultry house.

The main structure of the shed is made by welded H shaped steel.

The purlin is made by thin-walled C shaped steel with excellent stiffness and cross section.

Hot-dip galvanized treatment ensure long longevity and reduces the rate ofcorrosionandaging

Sandwich panel is used for door to make it beautiful and easy for use and installation

  high efficiency A cages breeding system 

The A type raising cage system can lodge 4 chicks per cages and is equipped with automatic drinking and feeding system.

The feeding pans are situated outside the cages which can prevent from any contamination of food droppings.

Nipples water supply are installed in a fixed position to the rear of each cages and

provide clean and fresh water.

food trolley

The food trolley moves automatically along thecages and allows a quick and efficient delivery of the food in each tiers. The food is distributed equally and evenly. The system can be automated or manual according to customer’s request.

  traction type manure system 

This system is only available for A cages system. The manure fall into a pit situated under each cages system and then the manure is driven out of the shed by an automated scraper. 

The manure pit, located outside the house, has to be empty manually.

egg conveyor system

The belt conveyor collect the eggs from each tiers and provide gentle, smooth transport of the eggs until the pick-up area . It helps preventing cracks in the shells and preserving egg quality.

The pick-up area is situated behind each cage rows, and the eggs are to be gathered together manually.

pad cooling system

Cooling pad-fan the longitudinal ventilation cooling combination is most economical and effective summer cooling combination of the henhouse.

The cooling pad-fan cooling system, which is reasonably designed and installed, can control the temperature in the poultry house to 30 degrees centigrade or under hottest weather, thereby reducing the influence of high temperature on the growth of the poultry to a minimum.

ventilation system

It delivers fresh air and removes excess heat, moisture and undesirable gases from the broiler house. A typical ventilation system in a chicken house consists of fans, air inlets, evaporative cooling system and controller/thermostats.

silos

made from galvanized sheet steel. All systems can be filled pneumatically or by auger.

the size of the silo required depends on daily feed consumption and required storage time.

environmental control system (Agrologic)

 integral automatic control of the environmental conditions of the poultry houses, heating, refrigeration, ventilation, windows, illumination, high and low pressure nozzles, etc  
it optimizes the use of the existing resources for, controlling the environmental conditions, maximizing the fattening of the animals, their quality of life and the power consumption.
